Visiting student from Sendai, Japan stayed with us!
From Oktober 31th til November 25 2022 Chihana Kudo, a graduate student from Tohoku university, Sendai, Japan visited us in Magdeburg.
With great pleasure we showed her our departments, equipment and techniques to research high temperature materials. Besides our scientific work we showed her european culture manifested as pizza, beer and kale! Eventually, the group took a trip to the local christmas market during our lunch break where she enjoyed some local and seasonal food and beverages like flamed salmon bread and mulled wine.
